  • Once production has started, cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice but will be confirmed before order finalisation.

4. Artwork and Content

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any artwork submitted.

  • Descry Print Studio reserves the right to refuse any design that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property laws.

  • We may use photos of completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

5. Turnaround Time and Shipping

  • Turnaround time is estimated based on project complexity and volume. We will communicate expected timelines at the time of order.

  • Shipping and delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary by carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of screen printing and embroidery, all sales are final unless there is a production error on our part.

  • Any returns, complaints, or claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.

  • If a production error is confirmed, we will offer a reprint or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
